PhD In Management

Research-based programs such as the PhD program is aimed at preparing the students to understand the world of business and organizations at a more fundamental level; also, generate ideas for the future, and teach this body of knowledge. Doctoral students need to deeply reflect on the very principles and tools taught to the MBAs, and ask the question of why something works the way it does.
Doctoral studies prepare the student to do rigorous research and eventually communicate the results. An aspiring doctoral student must first appreciate this fact and the attendant rigor.
